This beautifully decorated condo in Provincetown, Massachusetts offers a luxurious and comfortable experience for guests. The condo features 1 bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and 1 bathroom. The interior has been tastefully designed with new furnishings, including gleaming oak floors throughout.

One of the highlights of this condo is the exclusive and very private deck, which offers breathtaking water views. Guests can relax and enjoy the scenery or have direct access to the beach from the deck. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and appreciate the natural beauty of Provincetown.

The chef’s kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, including a new refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pots (both drip and Keurig), blender, electric kettle, toaster oven, and toaster. It’s a dream kitchen for those who love to cook or entertain.

For added convenience, the condo has an in-unit stacked Asko washer and dryer. No need to worry about finding a laundromat during your stay. Central air conditioning ensures that guests stay comfortable throughout their visit.

The living room features a queen pull-out sofa, providing additional sleeping space for guests. The sophisticated security intercom with video monitoring adds an extra layer of safety and peace of mind.

The building itself is beautiful and spacious, with well-maintained hallways. Guests also have access to a beachside outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

The condo provides high-end linens, including sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. High-speed wireless internet is available for guests who need to stay connected, and LED Smart TVs with Philo live streaming and Netflix are included for entertainment purposes.

The location of the condo is ideal, situated on Commercial Street, offering a great location while still providing a quiet and relaxing experience. It’s just a short walk from the ferry pier, making it convenient for guests arriving by ferry.

Please note that there is a 3-night minimum stay during off-peak season (September – May) and a 7-night minimum stay (Saturday to Saturday) during peak season (June – August). Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the condo.
