Guests will have dedicated access to the upstairs portion of this home. There is a dedicated entrance and no shared space with the downstairs unit.

This home is rented as two separate units with dedicated entry and space. The two units can be combined for larger groups. Please contact me if you are interested in renting the entire house.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

While our property does not include dedicated parking, guests can find street parking in the surrounding area. To make the most of your stay and avoid the hassle of finding parking during busy times, we recommend leaving your car parked once you’ve found a spot.

Consider bringing or renting bikes for an even quicker way to explore the area or use rideshare services like Uber or Lyft for longer trips. With the beach restaurants, shops, and entertainment so close by, you’ll hardly need to drive, saving you more time to relax and enjoy your vacation.
